 60-Day
Installation Warranty
Water Matrix™ warrants the labour and installation of your
new high-efficiency toilets to function trouble-free for 60
days from the date we install them. This covers everything from
possible leaks to loose bolts.
Most installation issues will occur within the first 30 days,
if at all, so we’ve got you covered! Water Matrix™
will assist you with any concern you may have regarding your
new toilets.
Your toilets are also covered under their Manufacturer
warranty for the china and parts themselves. Coverage
is provided from one year to the lifetime of your toilet, depending
on the brand and model you choose.
We’ll help you with your Rebate
No need to worry about paperwork. Our Installers will leave
you with the application form when they’ve finished the
job. You simply complete your name, address, City of Toronto
water account number, sign and mail in the rebate form.
It’s as simple as that!
